Structure of Light and Color

Illusion gate is a pavilion for Jamsil sports complex in Seoul. It is the secret passage for non-daily experience in everyday life through the structure and form of light and color. It is the starting point of visual and spatial experience. And dreamy atmosphere from reflection and projection of light with infinite emotional space created in repeated arches. Through the dichroic film unique images of different colors, encountered through reflection and projection of light.

The site is located in the central part of Jamsil Sports Complex, about 300m away and 5 minutes walk from the main entrance. It is a triangular green space located on the right side of swimming pool and indoor gymnasium.It is perceived as a space where visitors pass by. And, due to the shadows created by the trees, Visual perception is also very low. Our proposal is to create the high vision pavillion.
